We want you to love your beads! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

All return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@directbeadsupply.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Clearance or discounted items

Custom or personalized items

Opened kits, partial bead strands or broken item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
