Shipping is calculated at checkout. We also offer free shipping on orders over $100 CAD within Canada (before tax and after discounts).

5. Where do your beads come from?

We work directly with trusted, ethical suppliers in China who import their gemstones and materials from reputable, ethically-sourced sellers around the world.
We also proudly stock a wide selection of products from established industry leaders including John Bead, Bead Smith.

6. Are your beads genuine and natural?

Yes. Each item is clearly labeled as natural, dyed, synthetic, or enhanced. We prioritize transparency and work hard to provide accurate descriptions of all our products.

7. Can I buy beads in bulk or at wholesale prices?

8. Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, email support@directbeadsupply.com with your order number.
Please note: Final sale, clearance, or custom items are non-refundable.

9. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be modified.

10. What if an item is damaged or missing from my order?

Please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your package if anything is missing or damaged. We'll make it right.

11. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Digital gift cards are available and can be emailed directly to the recipient. You can purchase them through our online store under the "Gift Cards" section.

12. Is everything shown on your website currently in stock?
Yes — everything listed on our website is part of our active product lineup.
Occasionally, an item may sell out before we’re able to pick your order. If that happens, the item will be removed from your shipment and you will only be charged for the items we’re able to ship. We’re currently working behind the scenes to improve real-time inventory visibility and appreciate your patience while we fine-tune this process.
