All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently ship to USA and Canada. although currently all USA shipping has been suspended. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@directbeadsupply.com and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Package delivered at a wrong address

Accuracy of Information

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at the time of checkout. This includes apartment/unit numbers, buzzers, and correct postal codes. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. we do not have the ability to change an address without the customers approval.

If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@directbeadsupply.com please include your order number

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped: We will do our best to update the address for you at no additional charge.

Please Note: Once an order enters the fulfillment stage, changes may no longer be possible.

3. If the Package Has Already Shipped

Unfortunately, once a package has left our facility and is in the hands of the carrier (e.g., Canada Post), we are unable to change the delivery destination or intercept the package.

Our Policy: If a package is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot offer a refund or a free replacement.

Our Offer: As a gesture of goodwill, if your package is lost due to an address error, we can provide a 10% discount code to use toward a replacement order.

4. Packages "Returned to Sender"

If the carrier is unable to deliver the package and returns it to our facility:

We will contact you once it arrives.

You will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package to the correct address.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. If the package has been delivered to the wrong address and it is our fault, we will replace the package and get it sent over to you as soon as possible

 with no extra costs to you.

We work directly with trusted, ethical suppliers in China who import their gemstones and materials from reputable, ethically-sourced sellers around the world.

We also proudly stock a wide selection of products from established industry leaders including John Bead, Bead Smith.

6. Are your beads genuine and natural?

Yes. Each item is clearly labeled as natural, dyed, synthetic, or enhanced. We prioritize transparency and work hard to provide accurate descriptions of all our products.

7. Can I buy beads in bulk or at wholesale prices?

8. Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be modified.

Please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your package if anything is missing or damaged. We'll make it right.

11. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Digital gift cards are available and can be emailed directly to the recipient. You can purchase them through our online store under the "Gift Cards" section.

12. Is everything shown on your website currently in stock?

Yes — everything listed on our website is part of our active product lineup.

Occasionally, an item may sell out before we’re able to pick your order. If that happens, the item will be removed from your shipment and you will only be charged for the items we’re able to ship.
