Czech Seed Bead 11/0 Crystal Luster Blue Strung Hank

Capture the essence of sunlight reflecting off clear water with our Czech Seed Bead 11/0 Crystal Luster Blue Strung Hank. Combining the airy transparency of crystal glass with a sophisticated blue luster coating, these beads from Preciosa Ornela offer a delicate, ethereal glow. This finish provides a mesmerizing depth that shifts between a soft aquatic tint and a shimmering silvery-blue, perfect for designs that require a touch of light and grace.

Product Overview

The Crystal Luster Blue finish is prized for its "glassy" and lightweight aesthetic. Because the base is transparent crystal, light passes through the bead to illuminate the blue luster applied to its surface. This results in a brilliant, multi-dimensional shimmer that is more subtle than a metallic bead but far more vibrant than a plain transparent one. In the industry-favorite 11/0 size, these beads offer a professional, high-detail finish for both intricate jewelry and delicate textile art.

Key Features

• Luminous Luster Coating: A specialized blue-tinted luster that creates a high-shine, pearl-like reflection over the transparent glass.

• Transparent Crystal Core: The clear glass base allows light to penetrate the bead, giving your work an airy, weightless appearance.

World-Renowned Czech Precision: Sourced from Bohemia, these beads are celebrated for their uniform shape and rounded edges that protect your thread from fraying.

• Effortless Hank Packaging: Pre-strung on 12 strands for your convenience, allowing you to transfer these delicate treasures directly onto your needle and keep your creative flow steady.

The Glow of Blue Luster

The Crystal Luster finish is the secret to adding "life" to a design without adding bulk. Because they are transparent, these beads take on a slightly different character depending on the color of the thread used—choose a light thread for a bright, icy look, or a darker thread to deepen the blue tones. This versatility makes them a staple for artists who work with water-themed motifs or delicate, feminine palettes.

Creative Applications

• Aquatic & Winter Artistry: Perfect for representing glistening ice, falling snow, or the sparkling surface of a lake.

• Bridal Jewelry: Add a "Something Blue" that is subtle and elegant; ideal for wedding hair vines, earrings, and bracelet accents.

• Intricate Bead Embroidery: Use as a shimmering highlight to add texture and light-play to floral centers or as a soft border for focal stones.

• Multi-Strand "Liquid" Jewelry: The luster finish creates a beautiful, flowing effect when used in high-volume, multi-strand necklaces.

Pro Tip: To maintain the brilliant blue luster, avoid contact with harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. With an 18-gram weight per hank, you’ll have a generous supply for creating intricate, light-catching masterpieces that exude professional quality.
